I would make sure there's no lingering water on the car after washing it so it doesn't leave streaks from the high mineral content, but that is a minor complaint. The overall work was excellent and the customer service was excellent. If I need more body work in the future, I'm more than happy to come back to this crew

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision, especially at this location. From start to finish, the entire team made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. Cristian Prieto truly went above and beyond for me. Dealing with the other party’s insurance was extremely frustrating and complicated, but Cristian handled all the back-and-forth with patience and professionalism. He took extra time out of his day to make sure everything was sorted properly, constantly keeping me updated and making sure I was completely satisfied. He really made me feel like I was a priority, not just another customer, and ensured my car was completed efficiently and returned to me on time. Lisa was also incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process, always making sure things were running smoothly. Georgina was wonderful as well, very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better with her positive attitude. I also want to mention the receptionist at the front, who always offered snacks and drinks and made me feel so welcomed every time I walked in. That level of hospitality really stood out. Overall, the entire team has excellent customer service. They made it feel like more than just a collision repair shop, it felt like a place you can genuinely trust with your vehicle and know the job will be done efficiently and done right.
