I really do love the process, the dedication that everyone has at caliber collision. The staff is awesome and the service advisor went above and beyond to make sure that things were done in a timely fashion, along with things being done properly as far as making sure everything lined up perfectly. I believe my service advisor was named Ryan and this guy should be promoted. I am truly grateful for Ryan and the staff here at caliber collision. The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I understood the process. The staff at caliber collision in El Cajon on Main Street is where to go. I have been to caliber collision a couple times so far. And every time I receive service from caliber collision, it has always been top notch. The staff is awesome. The service advisors are even better and I love the fact that they go above and beyond to make sure you are good and your vehicle is even better. Christian was attentive, friendly and kept me in the know all along the repairs. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the receptionist who did the paperwork. She was excellent and very friendly and explained everything well. I am very satisfied and happy with everything.
