I had a great experience with your service. Patty was very welcoming and George was very clear and informative about how the repair would work. I also appreciated the continuous updates regarding the progress on my repair and the tentative delivery date. Having been allowed to leave the rental car with you saved me precious time, it was one less thing to worry about returning. Overall everything ran smoothly and I was satisfied with the finished repair. Thank you!

Poor workmanship. The bumper came back with dirt nibs and solvent pop. They did a spot blend on a single panel instead of a proper refinish, leaving a dull, shadowed look under sunlight. The panel gaps don’t line up correctly either.

They admitted there were issues with dirt nibs, solvent pop, spot blend mismatch, and panel gap misalignment, but said they knew I am a very picky person so they already assigned the best painter to my car.
