Jesse took complete ownership of every issue with my vehicle. He consistently updated me on progress, and I genuinely felt that throughout the process he was committed to getting me my car back, in perfect condition, and as quickly as he was able. During the times I met with him in person he was polite, compassionate, and made me feel confident I would be getting a vehicle back that I would be able comfortable putting my baby in. Jesse was knowledgeable about my vehicles issues, the Caliber Collision procedures, and extremely understanding of my need to have my car back in a timely manner. I can only assume that this is the experience Caliber Collision expects every customer to receive, and with Jesse as a stellar example of customer service, I will always bring my car and family members cars here. There was a clicking sound when opening the trunk. I requested that they look specifically at that issue. First thing I checked was for that sound and discovered that now there are two clicking sounds when opening and closing the trunk.
