I picked up my truck on Friday 7/30 past 6 pm and when I got there they pull up the truck and showed me what was done to it and everything looked fine. The damage was not that big since it was just a very small part that chipped away the paint just below the gas door on the driver side bed side. The employee that helped me Alberto Martinez did mention some clips on my tunnel cover broke but they replaced it so I was like oh no big deal. So on Monday afternoon I was going to wash my truck and I started looking at the area where it got repaired and I noticed a small piece of debris on the paint , as I make my way to the edge of the truck towards the cab and the bed I run my fingers through the edge and it feels rough , I open the fuel door and you can feel a line from the new paint in the front and rough in the back inside part and even around the opening where the housing goes parts of it are rough. The wheel molding has multiple jagged edges from where I’m thinking it was being pry off. The rear bottom stone guard is broken and it loose. The weather strip on the left side of the tunnel cover is gone and I found a piece that is part of the tunnel cover that was not put in place. There is a visible gap when you close the tailgate and the tunnel cover is close. Also the compartment where the tunnel cover rolls into has multiple fresh big scratches that took of the black paint. My tailgate has paint chips on the upper right side of it as well as in the bed side upper right part of it to where you can see the bare aluminum. Which it did have the those chips but it has paint on it still and now it’s shows the bare aluminum. When I opened my tailgate I notice a pretty noticeable scratch that I do not remember having above the tailgate latch, I also notice that they drilled multiple rivets on the side where they worked on the truck where they had to remove the plastic part of the tunnel cover. I ended up taking my vehicle for a small paint chip caused by someone opening their door onto my bed side and I end leaving with poor quality work after picking up my truck from you guys. I was honestly very disappointed when I discover all of this on my own and not being told anything about it
