I appreciate the timeliness in receiving my vehicle back from repair, and appreciate the assistance received with mechanical issues the day of receiving my vehicle. My only concerns are that my hood now shakes when my vehicle is running (it didn't before the repair). The bumper doesn't match the original bumper I had on my vehicle, and the grill part above my license plate is gray instead of black both which were standard with my SV model. Now, I have to find a way to get these things fixed so that my vehicle looks the way it did before the accident without inconveniencing me and my ability to be at my job. The pictures that were taken of my vehicle should have been used to ensure the proper parts in the correct colors were ordered. I am very unhappy with how my vehicle now looks.
