When I first arrived I was greeted with professionalism. The staff was very attentive and even offered something to drink. Adrian who was assigned my case was courteous and understanding. He assessed the damage to my vehicle and after made sure that the car rental service took care of me. On the 26th of March Adrian contacted me notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pick up which almost 1 week ahead of the projected day he originally provided. This news made me very happy. When I arrived and met with Adrian we stepped out to go over the vehicle repairs. All damages done to my vehicle were repaired and I was very pleased. Overall I can said that all staff I came in contact with did an outstanding job !

I found a large scratch and Caliber admitted it was not there when the car arrived, now I have to take it back for that repair at no cost to me, also the front panel does not fit right, there is a large gap on one end, they will look at that too. Overall they are professional and hard working, I'm sure things like this happen from time to time and I am confident they will make it right in the end
