"Front desk female representative is rude and unprofessional. While revising the documents with me she was distracted by the front door and kept glancing back. She would ask me so sign and initial on the documents without explaining what I was signing for unless I asked. The day I dropped of the vehicle I had my baby with me and was waiting for the documents to be printed by her. My husband went up to her and asked if she needed the claim number and thats when she informed him that the papers were ready to be signed, she was just waiting on me. I was extremely upset by this. Why would you not let a customer know youre ready to proceed and have them waiting for no reason If you dont enjoy working with customers, then the front desk role is definitely not for you. I was also told initially latest pickup time on Friday would be 5:30 then it changed to 5 and then again to 5:30. Communication is inconsistent and unclear. I was able to pick up the vehicle Friday around 5 PM but it was already dark out so I wasnt able to throughout inspect. I used my flashlight to view the outside of the vehicle that was worked on. The following day I checked my car and was extremely dissatisfied with the work completed. My car was left a mess. My items were move around and were left extremely dirty dusty, and I have a few belongings I am unable to find. After paying for my deductible, a representative came out and asked how the service went. I explained I was upset with the service I received from the female representative at the front desk. He listened to my concerns and informed me I would be receiving a link to complete a survey. He advised me NOT to complete it if I was dissatisfied as this would affect his commission. It is extremely unprofessional to ask a customer to refrain from submitting a survey because the quality of service was not great and because it may impact the commission received for the work completed. It reflects that the business is more concerned about their sales and commission rather than the quality of service provided. I do not recommend this place and will NOT be returning after this experience." Read less

I am so happy with the excellent job Calliber did to restore my car back to beautiful! My driver side back door was hit - it looked terrible and needed to be replaced. I was so worried my car would never look the same. I worked with Jorge, he was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He assured me they would be able to match everything and not to worry. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jorge did a fantastic job! The work on my car is seamless! There is no way to know my door was replaced! Jorge contacted me regularly to give me updates on the progress which I appreciated. He went above and beyond with excellent customer service. When I asked him where I could buy headlight cleaner to shine up my yellowing headlights, he said he would be happy to polish them before I left! I drove home happy, content and relieved. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in El Segundo if you ever need auto body repairs. I give them 5 stars! 😃

I couldn’t be happier with my car! It looks beautiful! Jorge took care of me and assured me I was in good hands. He kept his word! There is no way to tell I had a new door put on my car-which was my main concern. The paint blending job is excellent-I was so excited and relieved when I picked it up. And to top it off, I asked Jorge where I could buy the cleaner to shine my dull headlights - he went above and beyond and offered to shine them for me! I drove away a very satisfied customer and recommend Caliber Collision in El Segundo to anyone who is looking for quality auto body work.
