It was perfect from start to finish. Perfect communication, perfect repair. Even gave it a nice cleaning! Also, it was done faster than I originally expected. AND they also let me come grab something out of the car that I forgot.. I said it when I left after picking up the car : "I hope I never have to see you again - but if I'm having a bad day in the future, it'll be made better knowing that you guys at caliber have got my back! Thank you for undoing my dumb damage to my wife's car. It looks like it never happened - next time I'll come to you first!

After I picked up the car and brought it home, I noticed a couple of issues. The driver's door would not lock and unlock without the use of the key fob. It always opened and lock while in my pocket if I touch the button on the door panel. Irving had it fixed after I returned it. I noticed that my auto headlights did not work as usual. Irving had that foxed also. Other than that, the work was excellent.
