The bumper was not flush with the inner part as it was on the other side. The tire valve cap was missing. The front plate was not re installed on the front bumper. The tire on the repaired wheel was inflated but not to the same pressure as the other tires.

The repair was not flushed and this was minimized by tech. I had to insist to get it fixed. It was slightly adjusted but still not flushed. Having it done correctly meant redoing the whole bumper reinstall with radar calibration. This would have been another delay. So I let it be, but I am not 100% satisfied for that reason.

Irving was amazing. The receptionist did not seem to be doing her job very well. She lost my quote(which she later found at her desk), did not call to confirm my appointment and tried to charge me 3 different amounts.

Washed the car multiple times to try and get rid of a dust that is on the windshield, this was never there before. Very fine dust that is not coming off even after multiple washes. Not happy about this and would like to find a solution.
