I live in Las Vegas and my daughter needed repairs on her vehicle in Los Angeles. She dropped off her vehicle and you guys gave her a complimentary ride back to her destination which I appreciate it. I was unable to contact you for information regarding the progress of repairs on my car. Very frustrating and unresponsive. I was told my car repair was as complete . After driving it home, there was still a problem and I had to bring the car back.
