I just want to comment that Sophie Duong and the young lady at the front counter was very professional, polite, and courteous. I'm sure the rest of the staff were of same, but I didn't have any reason to interact with them. Sophie kept me informed of the status on my vehicle repair, which I appreciated very much. I am very happy I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision.

I think the staff did a great job repairing the car. They were very much stable to complete what needed to be completed. Joe and Gabie were very helpful sharing the information day by day. So that way I shall not be wondering what’s wrong with car or how long the repairs are going to take.

Customer service is top notch. Had a problem with the return of rental car. Barbara went out of her way to help resolve the broken taillight that happened sometime between the drop off and Enterprise pick. Joe was so caring because I was extremely livid after taking to Enterprise 1st. Joe and Gabby were so helpful the day of car drop off, keeping us updated and in the end staying late so Kevyn could pick up his newly fixed car. Thanks everyone for your help and patience.
