The estimate was almost doubled after tear down. And when the vehicle was returned it wasn’t QC’d properly and had to be brought back to fix and issue with one of the turn signals not working. We were not happy with the entire process.

Work was completed before estimate. Joey provided updates as the work was being completed. All of the employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. I am very satisfied and will use Caliber for any future auto body work needed. Thank you!

The customer service was amazing. I had an issue with the repair (they didn’t fully fix the issue and I had to come back three times) but the customer service I received made it worth the hassle. They gave me rides home and even gave me a rental for the inconvenience. They showed care, compassion and kindness. All while being very professional. Thank you!
