I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision in El Segundo, California. They are courteous and professional and prompt with their service, starting with the initial estimate and advising me as work was progressing. The work was done ahead of schedule. The service once the car was there was great. The lack of communication and follow through leading up is a red flag

Communication was lacking. Emails went unreturned and "we will call you back shortly" never led to returned phone calls. When the car was in, I got it back the same day and that part of the process was painless.

I think overall the repair was completely very quickly, with great communication. That said, I have a couple small issues: 1. I had asked for some scuffs to be addressed that were related to the claim (from having to clean up the broken glass in an emergency with a gas station vacuum), however they were not taken care of. 2. There were dirty fingerprints left on the light grey interior roof trim, which was perfectly clean prior to me dropping off the car. 3. The final wash wasn't very through, as there was still a large area unwashed on the roof panel, which I would have thought would have been cleaned and inspected during the repair to ensure that there wasn't any additional scuffing/scratching that needed to be addressed from the loose glass scraping across the painted surface at the time of the loss.

I was upset, that one side of my car was damaged by a parking accident by me, to the front of the door edge, and was costly. However I was very pleased with the repairs. It looks new. And it was,fixed quickly too!
