Staff at Caliber were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job of keeping me informed daily, often a few times a day, on the progress of the repair. They were able to move up the completion date a day or so which was unexpected but welcomed. The repair of the damage was pretty good, though at certain angles you can still see the rear quarter panel was damaged as it’s not 100% the original shape. But I figure that’s mostly to do with the kind of damage and the material of the part than any failure on the shop’s part. Still very happy with the results.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. The technician who worked on my car, Manny, kept me well-informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained all the damage and repairs needed. His customer service was excellent—he went above and beyond by sending me photos of the damage and the progress of the repairs. He also took the time to walk me through the itemized estimate, making everything easy to understand. When I received my car back, I was extremely happy with the results. The work was done so well that it looked like the damage had never even happened. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism Manny showed, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs.
