Thank you for fixing my vehicle, I appreciate the quality control check and repairing the “defect” in the door. I was elated when Roman called and said my vehicle would be ready to pick up earlier than scheduled. Please update your customers when you have changes in the schedule, as I had to reach out to find out about updated time schedule for completion and not the other way around.

There is still a ding in my bumper. I don't care how tiny it is, it wasn't there before the accident and I expect it to not be there after the repair
