If I had been given an estimate on what my repairs would have consisted of, and most especially what they would have cost, I never would have gone through with the repairs. Y'all really need to let people know everything up front. Shayne was terrible at communicating. He left a message on my voicemail for another client. He kept moving the delivery date back & I really wonder if he got mixed up with another person/car. He texted me my car would be ready at this time, then a few minutes later text back, No, not that time....he wasn't keeping things straight. And I wanted real hail damage repair & new paint, not PDR. But the main thing is ... The economy is really bad, people are hurting, please be honest before the work starts. I am so upset, sad, depressed over this. I know I should also have been more informed myself, but I work full-time, I commute everyday, I try to take care of my elderly mom since my dad died. I am stretched thin, like many people these days. Please be more transparent. I don't have much, but I really liked my car. Now, it's just a disappointment to me. I really really wish I had not gotten it repaired.

I’ve been through a few different body shop experiences and this was by far my best experience. Shane was knowledgeable and communicated very well. The turnaround time was right what they said it would be. Overall, I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend your services. I’ll be bringing my truck back for another repair on the front soon.

First off Great Customer Service from the Caliber Team. Very pleasant and knowledgeable of your vehicle and about how long it will take for your vehicle to be done. My RAM looks like it did when I first bought it 4 years ago. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Candace (wife and Subaru owner) After my husband accidentally backed into my Subaru, I brought it in and of course they did an outstanding job. Misty at the front desk and Sara, my estimator, were both fantastic. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, and somehow even enjoyable! I really appreciated the regular updates throughout the repair process and how patiently they answered all of my questions. The quality of the repair was excellent, and my Subaru looks great again. This wasn’t our first experience with you guys. You’ve also repaired my husband’s truck twice before. Every experience has been professional, friendly, and hassle-free, and that’s why we keep coming back.
