Best possible results. They fixed my truck very quickly and totally solved my issues. When the car was finished I could not get there to bring it home. Caliber sent a driver to take me to my truck. The driver refused to accept any money from me.He said “t This is what we do. We are here to help”. The service there was superceeded courteous / they were kind and caring.

Satisfied with the repair work but there needs to be better communication about the rental car partnership with Enterprise. We had to specifically ask about how to get a rental car and then we were given the general company number instead of the local office in Taylor. It was a big benefit getting the rental car dropped off at Caliber so y’all should really have better info about that option at the very beginning of setting up the repair service.

My representative was extremely helpful and very polite through the whole processes. Caliber collision did an excellent job on my vehicle. Through text messages i was informed daily of the work and if i had any question they would always answer patiently and kindly. Craig was fantastic! He helped me get my rental vehicle brought to the Caliber Collision location, kept me updated every few days, and made sure I knew what was happening next. My vehicle looked great and it was done several days earlier than expected. I'm very impressed with the level of service and already recommended the Elgin location to a co-worker.
