The back of my car now rattles when it is idling. My gas cap was not put on. I asked at my driver seat be checked out from a previous crash. I guess I will have to return to Bastrop caliber collision in order to get it fixed under the warranty. Elgin is more convenient for me because I live in Elgin. But there doesn't seem to be the same standard of service here.

I dropped my vehicle off on September 10th for a bumper repair. My initial completion date was supposed to be the end of September, then it was moved to October 16th. When I finally picked up my truck, the bumper they installed was a different color than the rest of the vehicle — one that doesn’t even match what belongs on the truck. I expected professional work from your body shop, but this experience has been far from it. To make things worse, each time I called for an update, I was promised a call back that never came. The only time I heard from anyone was after I called again myself. And now, to top it off, the floodlight on the side where the bumper was replaced no longer works. Clearly, something was not done correctly during the repair. At this point, I’d like to know how you plan to make this right and when I can expect a resolution.
