I specifically mentioned that a male relative said I needed to get transmission checked. I am trading it in after 2 wrecks. Both fixed by CC. Was assured it would be and reports would be given to me. Also concerned about alignment. After asking I was given half a page (copied sideways not lengthwise) which stated alignment was due to bad tires. Getting my car detailed does in no way make up for diagnostics that I asked for and were promised.

My car was clean inside out and I was blown absolutely away. Y'all made it look like it never happened and I'm super happy with how everything came out. Roman mentioned y'all even went the extra mile and fixed my bumper. Of course y'all didn't have to especially clean the inside of my car. I can't thank y'all enough.
