You didn't make me wait long, everything was done in a timely professional manner, you made my car feel new again, you guys even went above and beyond and cleaned my car up. (Been to sick to do so myself) and it really brightened my day to see all the effort you guys put into this. Chris and the office maintained contact with me- this was initially established by phone, then during the vehicle damage inspection, while my vehicle was in for the repairs, and upon completion of the repairs. This gave me valuable information as to the status of the repairs and shows his customer concerns. I thought this was extremely thoughtful and excellent business acumen. The vehicle upon my pick up was in EXCELLENT CONDITION and they also had the car SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!!!!! The staff was friendly, professional, and gave me a realistic outlook about when my car would be repaired.
