We had arranged an estimate and coordinated repairs through our local caliber facility. A couple of days later we got a call from a regional office telling us to make an appointment with our local facility to arrange for an estimate. Seems as if Travelers had contacted someone other than our local facility and this was a bit confusing. We contacted our local facility and they assured us that all we had to do was bring the car in that day and leave it and they would start on immediately. they apologized for the misunderstanding. I suspect the fault was with Travelers contacting the wrong caliber collision office.

Craig was amazing throughout this entire process! Of course being in an accident is horrible but Craig was very professional, reassuring, and had incredible service throughout the entire week.
