After a 2nd trip to get repairs completed we are somewhst satisfied however we should not have had to make the 2nd trip if they would not have replaced a new part with a dirty faded scratched up part this was clearly an used part however insurance was charged for a new parts we had to wait extra day because they received a scratched window and tinted it then decided the scratch was too bad and called to see about back window as adjuster stated if they found any other issues not identified in initial assessment we would be contacted. Ignition was damaged so we couldn’t check anything that required the ignition on. 🤨
