I was included in all the findings of my vehicle issues. I felt comfortable with the explanations of any question I had. Everyone I met there was welcoming and I am very pleased with the finished product. Craig was extremely helpful in explaining what I could expect and when, that the workmanship was guaranteed, and that the company appreciated my business. The office attendant, Jennifer, is an asset to Caliber. Nick, in the parts department, is very welcoming, and I spoke to Justin, Manager, twice on the phone who was very friendly and easy to talk with. I am so glad Caliber Collision is located in Elgin, TX. I have used the store in Austin, on Braker Lane a few times, and they, too, were very accommodating and expert. That's why I was seeking a Caliber when I found the Elgin store is located about 2 miles from my home. I am a happy customer and will recommend Caliber to my contacts. Thank you! ZELLENA P
