When we went to pick up the car everything looked good; however, there's some gaping in the trim that goes around front passenger wheel. One of the ladies at the location attempted to do some adhesive to get it to flatten out and lay better but it's not a 100% fix. It's just a shame to do all this great work and then overlook this minor warp.

It did take quite a long time for a minor repair however it wasn’t entirely on the repair facility. The insurance took a long time to approve the final bill. When I called the shop I spoke with Matt who was most helpful in advising me of the progress. Although I wasn’t receiving updates Matt was very apologetic and helpful. As a business owner myself I understand that some things are out your control. I appreciate the assistance I did receive and upon picking up my vehicle it was back to new and had been cleaned inside and outside which was a nice surprise. I appreciate Calibers hard work!

I was very pleased with the work that they did. Turn around was less than a week and they kept me in the loop with the process. When I picked it up it was even cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend these guys located in Elgin Texas.
