Very impressed with the professionalism of the Elgin office. The repairs were completed within the estimated time given and under cost of what I expected. The paint looks seemless. I am slightly worried about a paint spot on the far passenger side but will monitor it.

After noticing a few things on my truck the passenger front door leaks air like crazy the pinstripe from the bed to the cab doesn’t match theres trash in the paint on the passenger back door and small dents in the front door passenger I made a complaint to the bastrop caliber collision because that was the closest one to me and they took pictures and noted everything
