I like the Lifetime guarantee, and I choose Caliber for that reason, and in the past the Elgin store has performed awesome when we have had repairs done there. I understand that the advisor had issues, but that shouldn't have kept the shop from getting me my car back when originally promised.

The repair is great, however, when the adviser supervising my repair was called away for a family emergency, everything was nearly complete, then delayed for nearly a week and I had to pay for additional days for the car rental because no one followed up for my vehicle to be completed and returned to me by the date promised. Surely someone could have stepped in to be sure my vehicle was ready on the date originally promised.

When the adviser, Matt, was called away for a family emergency, someone should have stepped in to make sure my car was ready on the original date promised, but no one did, which delayed everything and my insurance only paid for 30 days for the rental, and I had to pay for 2 additional days because Matt, was "unavailable" to manage the final "sensor calibration". But everything else was complete, and it was an additional 5 days from the original estimated completion date for me to get my car back.

From the very first time we walked in the door through to completion, they kept us informed the whole way. The repair was even completed early.
