This shop that I went to in Elgin did a lot better job than the shop that I went to in Buda or Kyle area 10 out of 10 would always recommend going back to this shop versus the other

u scratch a car u should of fixed it not touch it up and make it ugly

Had my car worked at one shop completely rushed the job then had the shop in Elgin fix the rush job but when I went to get my car PPF from a guy I made a quote with prior of both accidents he said I need paint correct cause there is touch up paint and now I have to pay double then what the original quote is and weird part I didn’t order touch up pain for the car the only person who would have the paint would be the people who serviced the body work cause I know my last accident it wasn’t there and on this recent it wasn’t but when I received my car it’s messed up I even have pictures where the dealership and of 3 weeks prior that it wasn’t there so I think I’ll be submitting it through cop rate cause that’s just depressing and spotting my bumper that’s ridiculous

It was good to see great customer service from the moment I first walked in to the moment we drove away after the repairs. Our rep did an excelent job answering questions and making us feel like we were in good hands. Most noticeably, the repairs were completed ahead of time.

Caliber I have done a great job in my last two vehicles that I had brought in in the last year Service was great ,timeframe to return my vehicle. It’s pretty much projected dates. The quality was incredible. I would recommend caliber to anyone with any kind of damage on their vehicle
