Great service. They had me in at the earliest possible time and walked me through the process. They worked to help me with a rental car and had the repairs done quickly while communicating every step of the way. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Elgin.

I noticed right away a gap where repair was. & was surprised to see that staff did not catch this. They ordered a part and promised to get it fixed asap. I do have my car and they will call me next week to repair this gap.
