Caliber Collision did not disappoint! They did exactly what they said they would. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates on my 2024 BMW X3 with rear end damage. They did excellent work and warranty their work. If you need any kind of Auto Body work this is the place to go. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Elmhurst! Great job Caliber

Looks great! Car is working normally, the only concern is have is a creaking sound coming from the back, maybe where the repair was done. It creaked a little before the repair but it sounds louder now.

From the minute I called Caliber Collision I knew I made a good decision to use them. The representative on the phone gave me a comprehensive overview of what to expect. I did not receive any updates on my vehicle unless I called them for an update. Repairs were phenomenal, and installed a new battery since my vehicle didn’t start the day I picked it up. Four days after I picked up my car, my friend jumped into the passenger’s seat (first time that door was opened since picking it up) and there was, and still has a subtle, but very noticeable creak noise when opening and closing the door. I’m not sure why, or if that was included in the repairs or not.
