There were tools and equipment left in my car that were really heavy and dirty. It left marks in my car. The snap lever for my bumper was not snapped in completely. It was noticeable when I pulled up. I had to go in and ask if there is someone who can push it in.

It took more then a month to fix the car and when I finally pick up the car the front bumper is not even attached properly on left side of the car, they miss to apply paint on the bottom of the bumper.

In today’s uncertain times, you never know how things are going to work out. It took awhile for me to get this car repair approved so when I went into this Caliber Collision location I was stressed out. I was greeted by Valerie. She listened to my story, then walked me through the process of the car’s repairs. I had an appointment to bring it back the next week. When I returned the next week, I was introduced to Steve who walked with me and examined the car completely. They had already ordered a rental car for me and called them to bring me a car. They kept me up to date the whole time they had the car. It was a pleasure working with people that made a bad experience easier. My car was given a beautiful cleaning inside and out which just topped things off. I would recommend this company to anyone 😊
