The staff was very nice and helpful. Communication was good throughout the process. The repairs look good, but there is a very small hardened drop of paint on the hatchback. It’s not a big deal, but it does draw attention to the fact that it is not the original paint job.

List this sound like a commercial, caliber collision went out of their way to help me out when I was not able to pick my car up for four days. They kept the car on their lot without additional cost. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Poor workmanship, Poor quality control/post work inspection.. Rear bumper was installed “crooked”. One side sticks out noticeably further than the other. They also didn’t see that tail pipe bracket was damaged causing tailpipe to be pushed to the side. These items are easy to see and jump out at you. It’s hard to believe anyone actually did any kind of inspection on my vehicle before telling they’re done. I noticed these issues within a minute of doing a walk around. Before reporting them or posting review on internet, I want to see how they recover from their mistakes. So far, it’s been a week and no follow up call to tell me they ordered the tailpipe bracket, schedule return Appt, etc. Crickets so far. Very disappointing and aggravating.
