Initially I was upset at the time it was taking and the lack of communication but that changed with Buddy and I’m really happy with the final results.

If they are busy, it’s hard to trust they’ll execute within normal timeframes. If they’re slow, I’m sure they provide good service.

Repair quality was good. They repaired the car correctly and warranted the work for the lifetime of the vehicle

There was no communication received from the shop. There was miscommunication for several follow up calls on progress. I believe new management has taken over towards to tail end of my experience in which escalations were finally addressed.

Bad communication and slow

It took well over a month to fix relatively small amount of damage to my car. I never once received an update without having to call in myself. I was incorrectly quoted a pickup date at least 3 times. It took so long that my rental insurance ran out and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental.

The people who work there are friendly but the level of communication is very poor.
