I have used Caliber in the past and trust that they will do a great job and within a reasonable timeframe. I am especially pleased with Miguel and how he was able to expedite the repairs a little bit to get my car back sooner. I let him know that I volunteer for a local dog rescue and could not transport with the rental while my car was being repaired. He was able to get it to me a little faster without compromising the great quality of service that I get from this Caliber location!

The hood holder alignment seems off. When trying to close the hood, the holder seems to slam into the air inlet and almost looks like its going to bend the inlet pipe. Also, my engine bay is much more dirty than it was prior having my vehicle be at Caliber.

I had to bring car back because turn signals weren’t checked and 1 wasn’t working. It was taken care of immediately which ai appreciate but I had to make an extra trip with more time involved during my work week.
