Super kind, helpful, efficient. They went above and beyond! Rushed my repair when I asked, even brought me something I had forgotten in my car to my work. Offered me a ride instead of uber and a car wash when my car was complete. Amazing customer service!

I really didn’t know what to expect when it came to getting my car repaired as I had never been through the process before. Frankly I was a little nervous, just because I thought there was no way my car would look back to normal. But I was so wrong because my car looks brand new!!

Mike and Michael were extremely professional throughout my experience with Caliber Collision. Not only was my car repaired in a timely manner, but they kept me completely informed with daily updates on the progress, leaving me with no questions or concerns. The entire process was truly painless. The cherry on top was how my car was returned to me. I dropped it off filthy and covered in dirt, and they handed it back looking fully detailed—just like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone without hesitation.

The repair had to be redone three times and did not follow the timeline that was assured to us. Communication throughout the process was poor. In addition, we agreed on a price intended to keep our insurance costs down; however, the submitted amount exceeded the promised cost, leading to numerous calls to correct the issue with our insurance provider.

This was my first time having to take my car into a repair shop. But I’m an 100% sure I will never go to any other shop for repairs. The professionalism and kindness I was showed. Was something I never imagined from something like an auto body shop. My repair was done quickly and I was even updated on every part of the process. Everything was amazing, from getting a quote to filling me in on any information I needed or even any questions I had. I truly can’t thank the people at this caliber collision enough for being such amazing people. 10/10 service
