From the time I dropped my AMG MB off, the service was excellent! Miguel gave me periodic updates and my vehicle was ready right on the day that he said it would.be done. Amazing! Even better, when I picked up my car, something with the opening of the back hatch malfunctioned, which was not part of the repair I originally brought it in for. But Michael, The General Manager, took over an hour running diagnostic and then was able to reset the computer so it worked. He went well beyond what he had to do!! And this was on a Saturday near when they were closing, which makes it even a step better in customer service! I was hesitant at first to take my vehicle to the collision center in Encinitas as I always took my vehicles to what I thought were higher end repair shops. Well I will never do that again as the collision center in Encinitas gets an A+ rating from me. Great work and great customer service!! Thank you to the whole team at the collision center of Encinitas
