Not sure who is more at fault, USAA, or shop, but estimates I was provided and statement of what my financial position would be based on work/estimates done still not as promised. Both USAA and Caliber want to blame the other. All I know is that I did not get what I signed up for as far as estimated damage payments/insurance coverage and am unhappy about that. I am still trying to get the situation resolved.

We had the bumper and trunk fixed. Sharp edges on the sides. Trunk looks very sloppy and not finished

Appointment necessary for appraisal would be a great thing to let your customers know about on line and on yelp. Myself and 2 other customers that I observed had to come back a 2nd time because you couldn't offer walk in appraisals. Other than that, exceptional customer service all around!
