The service was outstanding, I only had two issues, one we discussed on the initial assessment that they would touch up some flaws on the rear bumper, that had to be brought up upon receipt. No big deal, because it was not part of the actual damage. The second though, was I was told that the vehicle would be ready that night, and since I live out of town, we discussed that I would just pick it upo in the morning. But when I showed at 11:30am the next day it was not ready and I had to wait another couple of hours, a heads up that there were some things that needed to be done, and that it would take a little longer would have been nice, as stated I don't live in Encinitas.
