The repair work looks great. My husband and I were not happy with a call from Julie. I was called on Wednesday by Bill and told that the car would be ready for pick-up that day. I told him I was at work in poway and then had a dinner to attend at 5 so couldn't pick it up until Thursday. He told me that was ok. And yet my husband received a call during our dinner party from Julie insisting that we pick the car up or be home to accept a drop off. She even seemed to accuse us of being home and, therefore able to get the car. We were out at a dinner party. I understand the need to pick up as soon as possible after work is fine but the last text we received said it would be done in 4/2 so I was not prepared to go to encinitas to pick up on 3/31. When I came to pickup on 4/1, Julie was at the desk and seemed to be irritated with me as a customer. We have dealt with your business on two other repairs in the past year and all workmanship and interaction with Bill has been great but I can't say the same for the front office.

This repair job was how business (and Government) should operate. From the onset they wanted to satisfy my needs not upsell me and hustle me through. Told me up front what they would do and kept in contact with progress follow ups. Picked up the car ahead of schedule and it looks perfect. Will recommend Caliber.
