Job was done well and delivered on time. I was a little shook up after the accident and Julie was particularly kind to me. She was also very knowledgeable about insurance procedures. Marty was prompt in his assessment of the damage and quote for repairs.

Poor paint finish work, after-market bumper did not properly fit leaving the back lift gate/window catching on the bumper when opened & closed.

Agent very nice, polite, etc. however he should have checked the workmanship beforehand to ensure the car was indeed ready. I left the car for repairs while I was on travel, a week and a half to complete the work. I was contacted after a week notifying me the car was ready, 4 days before I would be back in town, there was time to have verified the car was indeed ready before I came back.
