I’ve worked with Caliber Collision twice now and while I hope I don’t need anymore dings repaired, I’d definitely go here if I did. Every single person I encountered at the business was friendly, competent, courteous and professional. They are just really, really good at what they do. The place runs like a well-oiled machine. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company. They kept me abreast of the repair timeline and, while my car is 11 years old and can take longer to procure parts for, they completed the work ahead of schedule. Not anticipating my car to be ready so quickly, I was busy when they called to tell me and couldn’t pick it up until the next day. They offered to bring it to my home and drop it off for me - a service I’ve never rec’d from an auto repair shop. I mentioned that I was concerned that my insurance company might not cover the cost of the rental car for the gap between my car being marked repaired/delivered and my not returning the rental until the following day. But no matter - They said they could drop my car off AND return the rental car for me. Hallelujah! The employee who dropped off my car and picked up the rental was pleasant and professional. I was so grateful that they took the car pick-up/drop-off situation off my hands. My car looked good as new too! You love to see businesses that are well run and obviously care about their customers’ experience. It’s sucks to have your car in the shop, but these guys make it suck waaaay less. I can’t recommend this place enough. Five stars - THANK YOU!
