The process was easy to check in and get it finished. The only thing was that the estimated completion was a week longer than when they actually finished. I was making arrangements based on that date. I understand early is better but I made plans based on the estimated date and would have done something different if I knew it was going to be done early

All of the staff at Caliber were so helpful & communicative! I felt like I knew what was going on the whole time and they got my car back to me 3 days earlier than they projected!!

I had an excellent experience with this Caliber Collision repair shop from start to finish. Eric did an outstanding job managing the entire repair process. He kept everything moving, coordinated with the insurance company, handled the inspection, and made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. The entire team was professional, friendly, and worked together seamlessly. I especially appreciated that they stayed late to wash my car, prepared all the paperwork carefully, and general manager Mrs. Brown even delivered my car to my home when the repairs were completed. Those extra efforts truly went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the repair and the customer service were both exceptional.
