In general we’re pleased with the service. The problem is that there are scratches/gauges in the front drivers side wheel rim that were supposed to be fixed but were not. Although the technician promised that someone would call the day we picked up the car, no one called that day which was 8 days ago, or since. We have contacted Caliber 3-4 times about this delay. Each time we were told they would get right on it and get back to us. So far no one has called us. This is frustrating. We are not in a hurry since the car is drivable. We just need a specific plan to convince us that we’re not being ignored and that the wheel rim will be repaired as promised.

The entire experience was flawless and well communicated. Martin conveyed complete organization and ownership of the process, from check-in to check-out. What could have been a very stressful experience was instead as pleasant as it could be. This group does it well.
