From day one I knew this was going to be a great experience. From the lady in the front, Michelle, I believe is her name (the best with everything with your first baby), friendly, and knowledgeable. Then Eric explained the process and kept us informed throughout, with texts, of all steps being taken. Then at the end the detailing of my car was the cherry on top! I've heard horror stories from other places but this experience was smooth and amazing. I highly recommend all of you! Not only the fixing of my car, that by the way feels and looks like a new car, but also the excellence of customer service. Thank you.
