I’ve never been in an accident that required my car to go into the shop for repairs, so I was a bit hesitant going into this. The process was streamlined, the employees were always reachable, and they finished my car 2 days early. Amazing experience!

This repair was immensely frustrating. After the estimate I responded to Marco’s email with questions and never got a response so I called and spoke with someone else. I put down a deposit for a part to be ordered, Michelle was kind and helpful, she said Marco would call me when the part arrived, but he didn’t. When the repair was in progress, multiple times Marco said he’d call with updates but he wouldn’t actually call. I’d call Caliber and get put on hold for at least 15 minutes (multiple times)! I’ve worked in customer-facing roles, and would never leave someone on hold for that long, much less multiple times. If I talked to Marco, he seemed to not know why I was calling. The repair took longer than expected, and getting my car back was chaotic. I appreciate that the car could be delivered, but knowing that in advance (not as I was leaving for work, making me late for work) would have helped. My family has always taken our cars to Caliber shops for repairs, I’m shocked at how bad this experience was (and it was just a bumper repair!). I wouldn’t take my car back to that location, and would recommend others take their cars to a different shop as well.
