I have used other Caliber sites, locations before and service and work has been great.For this case, I initially took my vehicle to Vista,Ca. Caliber .I was asked by that shop to move it to the Westlake, Ecinitas Ca. Shop.I feel service at the end could have been better ,due to the reasons previously mentioned.

I had to stay in touch with them after they I initially started working on my car.I would call to find status of work done. Additionally I was given no prior notice that my car would be done.I was contacted the day it was done.This led to difficulty returning my rental car. Even though my car was delivered to me, and the rental car was returned by caliber staff, I later received information from the rental agency that they would not pay for the last day.When my insurance called caliber to find out what happened, they were not accurate in telli9what happened.

Everyone from Caliber Collision from Esmeralda to Ted to the manager were outstanding. I was so upset and they all made me feel fine. They were all so friendly and always sounded like they were more than happy to talk to me. My car is as good as new. It is beautiful.
