However I would warn any one I refer to you that after I left my vehicle I received a call informing me it would be transferred via flat bed to Escondido to the foreign car repair. This was not OK.

It was a positive experience at Caliber Collision from start to finish. Haidee Hodge was exceptional. She gave a quick and reliable quote. Worked with insurance company of the person who hit me. Answered calls quickly and professionally. Made sure I had transportation to/from my home. She is an outstanding employee for Caliber. The quality of the work at Caliber was outstanding. The team was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We were kept informed all the way through to completion of the work. When we picked up our newly repaired car it looked amazing. And then we were going to return the rental car but were informed that it was not necessary to do so - they would return it for us!! Now that’s service plus+!! Thank you, Caliber Collision!
