I highly recommend caliber car repair! Everybody was so friendly, patient, and kind. Everything was explained to me in great detail and they finished my car a week early. The original estimate was 2 weeks and it ended up being 7 weeks. Understand that delays happen but the communication was pretty terrible. It was delayed 3 or 4 times and none of those times did we hear about it proactively. We had to reach out multiple times to hear that it wasn't going to be done on time. Even worse on the first estimate, we reached out 2 days before and were told it was on track only to find out two days later that it wasn't even close. Overall, very disappointed with the communication. The only reason I don't give a 1/10 is because the car appears to be well repaired and you were willing to give us a reimbursement for a week rental car (out of the extra 5 weeks).
