My vehicle was delivered to our location in Fountain Valley which I appreciate VERY much. However, the front section of the car which was repaired was left white. The entire vehicle should be black. I have had many vehicles repaired through Caliber in Fountain Valley and they always paint to match after repairs so I was surprised that I am left to deal with this without any discussion or options to have it done at Caliber.

I was feeling down about my accident but Ted at Caliber made me feel so much better - I knew my car was in good hands when I left it with him. The connection with Enterprise for my rental went so smoothly as they work together to make the process seamless. I just picked up my car today and it looks fantastic! They returned my car looking shiny and new! I’m so grateful.

I was so pleased and impressed with the service - the entire staff was friendly and engaging while I was there. They made the process of dropping my car off and getting to the rental car shop so seamless and returning the rental car was even easier since they took care of it for me. I will most certainly recommend this location of Caliber Collision and especially my service rep Ted. A+
