Caliber Collision had my car for over 5 weeks for minor damages. They were difficult and insensitive to my needs. Then when the car rental exceeded the time limit they refused to negotiate on paying the additional time because they dropped the ball on my car. It wasn’t until the supervisor of GEICO got involved did they take any action.

Extremely disappointed. My car was there for 5 weeks to fix a bumper. At one point they told my insurance company they didn't have my car. I had to call over and over thoughout the 5 weeks and initiate contact. Very unresponsive and unhelpful. And frustrating.

Repairs were as hoped. Routine updates by text were helpful. Repairs finished on time and the car was able to be picked up on Saturday thanks to an extremely communicative employee on Friday night making it work. Being able to leave the rental at Caliber was very convenient too.
