I was unsatisfied with the timeline of repair. While I understand that sometimes things get delayed, I think that getting the vehicle back 3 weeks after the promised date and constant messages about the vehicle being done by a certain time, but then getting pushed back more was very frustrating. The overall repair quality so far is good although I did already have to bring it back to get something fixed but that seemed like a minor problem.

Due to the extended wait time and the fact that I had to bring it back due to repair issues less than a week after getting the vehicle back, it is unlikely I would recommend caliber to a friend.

From start to finish the people I encountered at Caliber in Encinitas were first rate!and helpful. The entire experience was relatively painless. I basically just dropped the car off signed paperwork and departed in 10 minutes. I picked up the car a week later, as promised, perfectly repaired and detailed. Martin the estimator was particularly helpful throughout and explained the Caliber guarantees. Hopefully they will not be needed but if necessary, based on this service I am confident Caliber will stand behind it

Great job on the repairs, couldn’t tell it was previously damaged, the staff were friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Did not have to return back to the shop for further repairs nor had any issues with payments.
